Basics of Running, High knee action, back pedals, balance, reaction, developing kicking skills. Agility, balance, change of pace & direction, jumping, striking and skill aggregation. Introduction to standing start, run with full pace. throws, start, hurdles, hurdling mobility, long jump, accelerated run-up, & arm action, striking (long and short-headed), perfecting kicking, jumping, introduction to relay andrelay baton. 

Starting at maximum pace, familiarity with hurdles, hurdle mobility, developing kicking skills, jumping (high jump), striking, modified javelin & discus throws.
